WeLive Transition Program 2026-27
This shelf brings together four learning modules developed by WeLive Foundation to support young people as they move out of Child Care Institutions and prepare for independent living. The modules are:
- Career Guidance & Work Readiness
- Financial Well-being
- Cyber Well-being & Digital Safety
- Spoken English
Each module has been designed with the realities of care leavers in mind. The focus is on practical skills and everyday guidance that can help them plan their education, manage money, stay safe online, and communicate with confidence. By keeping the sessions simple and connected to daily life, the program aims to make the transition smoother and give every learner the clarity and courage to move forward.
