Extension Program: 2026-27

This program component focuses on preparing young people for job interviews through practical speaking and writing exercises. Learners practice expressing their strengths, weaknesses, and personal qualities with confidence. They also complete guided answers to common interview questions, helping them structure responses that highlight responsibility, teamwork, punctuality, and adaptability. The aim is to build self‑assurance, improve communication skills, and make learners feel ready to face real interview situations with clarity and confidence.
